Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days

  • Local Pickup (if available): 1-3 Business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

If we do not ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Tom's Sporting Goods LLC is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Tom's Sporting Goods LLC  is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 Days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and assist with a replacement or claim when applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
